The Eclipse Tiny Home
The Eclipse Tiny home is our smallest model, built for two people with all the essentials as well as options to attach add-ons. This home is built with a simplistic exterior for a robust structure and metal siding/roof for any elements you may encounter. Additionally the exterior is a low maintenance brute for a long lasting investment.
Building construction comes with our Thermal Break Technology building envelope which provides extreme energy efficiency, especially built for Canadian winters and hot summers. This model features standard home features and is a semi-permanent model (not built on a trailer) allowing simple relocation options if required. The home is designed to be stationed on pilings so it does not fall under the "permanent structure" codes but it can alternatively be mounted on a concrete slab.
We offer a rebate after one year of home energy bills for heating and cooling the tiny home. Upon recieving the full year of documentation we will rebate $5,000.00! Ask us for more details.

Make no mistake, this home is not a camper, travel trailer or RV. It is built using standard home building techniques including fully insulated 4" walls. While a travel trailer can get you through 3 of the seasons, it can be difficult to keep them heated in a cold Canadian winter. Our homes are 4 seasons, designed for full time living and equipt to keep your heating and cooling costs to a bare minimum. While 200 sq. ft. may be small, the economical cost to heat and cool this home is epic!

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product. We offer complimenary 3 year warranty on our products covering standard issues.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery is not included in the pricing. We offer delivery services on a quote basis due to varying costs per location. We are located in Western Canada so costs are most economical in British Columbia and Alberta delivery areas. Typical costs range from $5,000-$10,000 in these provinces. Eastern Canada and the United States will be upward of those costs.
